GENERAL CONDITIONS

All orders received will be accepted the moment the money is received and will be processed as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

We work with several transport agencies, and given the casuistry of our situation and location, not all companies collect orders on a daily basis.
Therefore, if the order does not include fresh cheese or yogurt, it will be sent with agencies that do not have refrigerated transport but deliver within 24 hours. If the order is received before noon (2:00 p.m.) from Monday to Thursday, that same day, the order will be sent. If the orders are received between Thursday afternoon and Sunday evening, the orders will be sent on Monday (or the first non-holiday day) to avoid the package being in the hands and facilities of the transport agency over the weekend.

If the order has fresh cheese and / or yogurt, it will be sent on Monday, Wednesday or Friday after the order is received, since these are the days that the company with refrigerated transport makes the collections and the delivery is between 24 and 48 hours. Normally 24 hours for the area of ​​Andalusia, Castilla la Mancha, Madrid, Extremadura and 48 hours for the rest of the communities.

Shipping costs are € 5 (VAT INCLUDED) for orders to the peninsula and € 12 (VAT INCLUDED) for orders to the Balearic Islands. These expenses are free for orders from € 50 purchase for orders in the peninsula and € 100 for orders to the Balearic Islands.

Cash on delivery costs are 3% of the order amount.

PAYMENT METHODS

The supported payment methods are:

• Bank transfer to the account number that will be provided at the time of receiving the order, indicating the name of who makes the order.
• Cash on delivery with an additional cost of 3% of the total order.
• Credit card.
